The parts of Gourock we know best are Levan, bungalows and semis with gardens; Inverkip, marina-side housing and the old village; Gourock Front, villas and flats on Albert Road with the sea view and the stairs to match; Cardwell Bay, terraces and tenements near the station.
Pottery Street in Greenock is the Inverclyde recycling centre residents use. Inverclyde Council's bulky uplift is chargeable. A single heavy item is exactly the job the tip is worst at, and exactly the one we do all day.
Practical note: The front is narrow with limited parking; we plan collections around the ferry traffic. Gourock villa clearances mean a lot of stairs and a lot of sea views.
